Styrian pumpkin cream soup

- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1kg pumpkin
- 700ml vegetable stock
- 150ml double cream
- Pumpkin Seeds

- Pumpkin Seed Oil

We recommend to use pure Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil

Cooking instructions
1. Heat the cooking oil in a large saucepan, then gently cook the onions for 5 mins, until they are soft.
2. Add the pumpkin to the pan, then carry on cooking for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally until it starts to soften and turn golden.
3. Pour the stock into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins until the pumpkin is very soft.
4. Pour the double cream into the pan, bring back to the boil, then purée with a hand blender.
5. After a few minutes drizzle Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil and Pumpkin Seeds on the soup and enjoy it.

Pumpkin Seed Oil backed sticks

- 50 decagram weath flour
- 1/4 l cow milk
- 4 decagram baker´s yeast
- 5 decagram butter
- A breeze of salt
- 15 decagram grinded cheese (for example: emmenthaler)
- 10 decagram grinded pumpkin seeds
- Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil

Cooking instructions
1. First of all, put the wheath flour, the milk, the baker´s yeast, the salt and the butter into a bowl and knead them until they turn into a dough.
2. Let the dough rise under a dishtowl until the dough is clearly enlarged.
3. Afterwards, roll the pastry to a rectangle with 0,5cm height.
4. Then mop the rolled dough with egg and sprinkle with grinded cheese and pumpkin seeds.
5. Now roll the pastry smooth and cut into pieces (2 - 3cm x 15cm).
6. Twist the pieces spirally an put them on a baking plate and bake them for 10 - 15 minutes with 200°C.)
7. If the sticks are golden brown, serve them with Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil P.G.I. to dip.

Vanilla ice cream with Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil P.G.I.

Everybody should try this surprisingly tasteful combination.

Cooking instructions
1. First of all, chop the pumpkin seeds into pieces.
2. (If you like: Caramelize 70g sugar an add the pumpkin seeds to the frying pan an turn it a few times. Afterwards let the seeds cool down for minutes.)
3. Drizzle Pumpkin Oil from Styrian Products Gutmann on top of vanilla ice cream.
4. Enjoy your special Styrian ice cream.
